The vanilla version of The Witcher 3 has a camera that simply… is there. This mod brings it to life.
Two systems working together: Camera Dynamics makes the camera react to Geralt’s movements.
And Idle Camera brings it to life when you’re standing still. You can configure both separately - or choose one of four presets and just play.

Camera Dynamics
The camera reacts to what you’re doing. Walking, running, sprinting, fighting - each state looks a little different.
The FOV and distance from the character change smoothly along with the pace of the game, without any sudden jumps.
In addition to movement, the camera also reacts to specific moments - entering combat, active interactions, or drinking a potion.
Each of these effects is subtle, but together they make the game simply feel better.
Indoors, the FOV narrows slightly. The camera handles walls and ceilings smoothly rather than abruptly cutting off the view.
Idle Camera
When Geralt stands still and you stop moving the mouse, the camera begins to take on a life of its own after a moment. It drifts, breathes, and sways slowly like a movie shot. The longer you stand still, the more pronounced the effect becomes. Just move the mouse, and it immediately returns to your control. The idle effect builds in three phases. In the first few seconds it barely moves - just a subtle hint. Then it gradually deepens. After a longer pause, the full set of layers kicks in: slow oscillations across all three axes, a gentle breathing rhythm, and a fine micro-jitter sitting on top of everything else. This last layer is the Layered system - multiple independent oscillation tracks stacked together, so the movement never feels mechanical or repetitive. After standing still long enough, the Cinematic mode gradually fades in. The camera begins a slow, wide drift - almost like a film camera on a dolly - giving the scene an unscripted, cinematic quality. It fades out the moment you start moving again. When there's something nearby worth looking at - an interactive object, a body to loot - the Attention system gently nudges the camera in that direction. It's not a hard snap, just a slight pull of interest, as if Geralt's gaze drifted naturally. The effect is strongest when the object is close and roughly in front of you, and fades as soon as you move away or pick it up.
