NCPD hologram sign flickering fix

Fixes the flickering present on the big NCPD hologram sign and removes the red dots that are not present on other holograms that use the same material.

[b]Installation[/b]

Download the mod. You should get a .zip file.

Go to where your game is installed and drop the contents of the archive in there.

In the end it should look like this:

\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod\ncpdHologramSignFlickeringFix.archive
