When a radiation storm rolls across the Commonwealth, RADSTORM pushes the atmosphere toward a poisonous nuclear haze. Green light bleeds through the clouds, distant objects disappear into contaminated fog and the entire landscape takes on an unhealthy radioactive appearance.
Combined with weather mods such as [b]True Storms[/b], the effect can become particularly dramatic.
