Simple Attribute Growth

This is a mod to increase health, magicka, and stamina as they are expended. Other similar mods exist, like [url=https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/76676]Natural Character Growth and Decay[/url] or the [url=https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/67270]Incremental Gains[/url] addon for Colinswrath's [url=https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/55114]Incremental Injuries[/url] (the latter of which this mod borrows lots of code from), but I wanted a no-frills implementation that ran off SKSE events.
