Requirements: Install by extracting the mod folder to Witcher 3\Mods; if another mod modifies r4Player.ws you must run Script Merger to resolve conflicts.
Auto Active Sign automates routine sign casting so you can focus on movement, dodging and attacks. Once you select a sign (Aard, Igni, Yrden, Quen or Axii) and enter combat, the mod will automatically cast that same sign when a hostile enemy comes within range. It checks stamina before casting to prevent warning spam and never changes your selected sign—only the sign you chose is used.
The implementation is a lightweight script intended for convenience rather than advanced sign management. Known behaviors include the occasional recast of Quen even if an active shield is present and the possibility of recasting Yrden while a previous trap remains active; these do not break gameplay but can incur extra stamina usage in some situations. The mod is Next‑Gen compatible and modifies r4Player.ws, so use Script Merger if another mod also edits that file.
