[center][size=3]This was an empty warehouse where I converted to a dance club to hang out. The warehouse stays empty until 10pm where people start walking around and the dance club opens at midnight until 6AM. So from 12AM to 6AM you will see people dancing inside and hanging out.

The parking lot was cleared and a lot things moved since the club "acquired" this warehouse so you can do wheelies, burn outs, etc..

AMM is required and you can quickly teleport to the club. I included a Rox Club radio station so you can play nice EDM music while dancing with your goon squad. You can press "Z" on your keyboard to bring up the radio and tune into the Rox Club station or play the music through the portable speakers found inside the club.

[b]Note:[/b] I believe this spot was used by bad guys in one point during the game. I recommend before installing this mod to check out the warehouse in your game to make sure it is empty or if you have to clear it from thugs then do that first and then install this mod.[/size]

[b][size=4]How to use:[/size][/b]

[left]1. Check the warehouse location FIRST and inspect if ANY bad guys are present, if there are then place them upside down in the dumpster.

2. After clearing the warehouse location, go ahead and install this mod.

3. Load your game up, teleport directly using the AMM location or drive to Rancho Coronado.[/left]

[left]4. When you arrive you can start dancing, smoking a joint or grow a pair and ask a pretty lady to dance. [/left]
