This mod adds a menu to the game called "Events" that lets you watch all the recap animations that normally play on the loading screen at your own leisure. This panel was originally created by CDPR and leftover unfinished in the game files ever since the launch of the game in 2015 making this a cut content restoration. The panel was left unfinished so I look the liberty of bringing it up to the standards and style of the current GUI and fixing/adding new functionality like skipping, subtitles, and automatic music fadeout.

After installing the mod you will find a new button called "Events" under the "Glossary" section of the in-game menu. You can also scroll to it with the bumpers on your controller or by clicking the arrows at the top of your screen. The menu itself is pretty simple. You have a list of videos on the left that you can scroll though and a description box on the right with the title and description of each video. All the of the descriptions and titles were written by CDPR and are already localized into all languages. There are NO STRINGS in this mod whatsoever, so I'll not be accepting translations. The storybook entries are unlocked automatically as you progress the story. The game has been keeping track of what videos have been unlocked in the background ever since the launch version so any old save will work with this mod.
Almost every video has a second stage to it that only unlocks after you've progressed the story a little more after unlocking the first section. The second stage is automatically appended to the first stage so you don't actually have to manually select it. New/updated videos are marked with a star icon. Note that several of these "second parts" of the videos are actually impossible to see on the loading screens as the second stage of a given video is often unlocked at the same time as the first stage of the next video which the game always prioritizes for the loading screens.
To view a video's title and description either scroll to or click on it. To play a video either double click or press Space/Enter or A.

K&M players may want to access this panel via a custom key binding. I have included functionality for that based on MerseyRockoff's [url=https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/8106]Book Panel Keybind[/url] mod. However, you'll have to manually add the input bindings included in the input_settings.txt (included in the main file despite being technically optional) to your input config file for it to actually work. By default I have bound it to the ; key but you can customize this by changing the key code to another included in the keys.txt file.
Now the main reason many of you will want to install this mod is that you hate watching the videos on the loading screen but at the same time still want a way to watch them at your own pleasure in-game. This mod accomplishes the latter whi
