While passing by an ancient cemetery in the mountains of the Rift, you notice a strange structure; an ancestral mausoleum illuminated by blue flames catches your eyes. Upon activating the sarcophagus, you discover a small underground refuge—a place that once served as a home for vampires and sorcerers. All you have to do is step inside and claim it as your own.

The refuge offers some basic crafting stations (alchemy, enchanting, staves, armor table, sharpening wheel, tanning rack, anvil, and a forge). Fully navmeshed for follower and offers two sleeping coffins and a bedroll... for a guest... I think.
