Custom Toxicity Cap is designed for alchemy-focused playthroughs that need more toxicity room to use expanded potion and decoction sets. Built as an extension of earlier 2000-toxicity work and developed with assistance from Claude (Anthropic's AI), this mod raises Geralt's maximum toxicity so you can stack significantly more effects without constantly running dry. The release offers four verified main files—Toxy 4000, Toxy 6000, Toxy 8000 and Toxy 10000—each a standalone option; install only one main file. An optional experimental package, ToxyCustom, adds a live-adjust menu under Options → Mods to set the toxicity cap anywhere from 100 to 10000 and includes two quick presets (Default and Zora Choice). The experimental menu currently displays raw internal keys for some labels, a cosmetic issue that does not affect functionality. As with the original behavior, the increased cap only activates when the Acquired Tolerance skill (Alchemy tree) is slotted. All main files have been checksum-verified for stability. Installation can be done via your mod manager of choice or by manual extraction; regardless of method, running Script Merger after installation is required.
