Somerville Place Orphanage delivers a complete, ready-to-import settlement centered on a three-story orphanage. The layout includes Mr. Somerville's room on the first floor, caregiver and staff rooms with 12 adult beds, and an upper guard tower with 8 guard beds. Child accommodations consist of four dorm rooms containing a total of 37 bunkbeds. The build also features a greenhouse, playground, pool, optional cheats, and dedicated space for critters.
Installation requires the Transfer Settlements system: extract the downloaded blueprint into your TransferSettlements blueprints folder and place it in a numbered slot of your choice. The target site should be discovered and cleared first; using a scrap-everything tool is recommended so no leftover clutter interferes with the transfer. A movable workbench and extensive landscaping are part of the setup process, and a workbench-moving utility or similar tool is advised. Place the workshop holotape at the correct distance (it becomes hard to reposition once set), then import the blueprint. The transfer will Import, Stabilize, and Power Up; wait two in-game days before changing anything or assigning settlers to ensure stability. After that you can customize, fix, and personalize the orphanage to your tastes.
