Designed to make the most of a small footprint, the plan expands living space and comfort across progressive upgrade levels while adding integrated resource production.
By the final stage The Green Mile features a second-floor greenhouse and upgraded production capabilities, providing electricity, water, and food generation alongside increased living capacity. Bed capacity scales with each upgrade: Level 1 provides 2 beds, Level 2 provides 3 beds, and Level 3 provides 5 beds. Install using your preferred Fallout 4 mod manager, enable Sim Settlements 2 and its required components, and the building plan will become available through the Sim Settlements 2 system once installed.
